What is Novo Work?

A platform your team works in, on the web, Mac, Windows, iPhone and iPad. Each person gets Novo, their own AI helper, in a private conversation they can type or talk to, and the apps Novo builds live inside it.

Do we have to move our meetings?

Only the meetings you want Novo in. Hold those in Novo Work, and guests join from a link, no account needed. Recordings of other calls can go in Drive, and Novo can read them.

Can people outside our team see and comment?

Yes. Share any deck, file or app by link, with an optional password. People you share with can comment right on it with no account, and your team turns comments into changes in one click.

Do we give up Slack or Google Drive?

No. Keep them, and Novo can work with them. Start keeping new work in Novo Work’s Drive whenever you like, and Novo can bring it up at the right moment.

Is our work safe?

Each person’s Novo sees only what that person can see, and anything you didn’t ask for waits for your yes. Your team’s work is kept apart from every other team’s, and we never use it to train AI.

How soon is it useful?
